Big Ben Bar: Flagship.

Picture
Originally names the "Lawrence Original" but got renamed the "Big Ben Bar" in 2009, after Ben Roethlisberger's second super bowl win. A fan had a box of "Lawrence Original's" shipped to him as a gift. Soon after that Ben Roethlisberger would often get orders of these shipped to himself. The Big Ben Bar is a genius combination of vanilla nougat, a layer of chocolate fudge with peanuts, and then smooth caramel. All perfectly covered in milk chocolate. If it's one of Ben Roethlisberger's favorites, it'll definitely be one of yours to- Champ.

Crosby Crunch:

Picture
3x3 squares of the best peanut brittle in all of Pittsburgh dowsed in milk chocolate. This was a best seller in 1953 selling over 400 pounds a month in downtown Pitt alone. The Crosby Crunch was created by accident when Mr. Lawrence dropped peanut brittle he was eating into the chocolate he had just made. At first he just called it chocolate peanut brittle, original right? But once Sidney Crosby became famous we renamed it thinking it would sell better, and with your help it will.

Penguin's Puck:

Picture
A beautiful combination of chocolate flavored marshmallow, caramel, and almond pieces in the shape of a circle and covered in dark chocolate to resemble a hockey puck. The idea for this came from numerous customers asking why we didn't sell any hockey inspired candy. We tried making a few things, hockey stick candy, and cookies with the Penguin's logo on it, but the Penguin's Puck hit it off the best with everyone. So that's what we stuck with. From experience, I wouldn't recommend actually using this candy as a hockey puck.

Pirate's Play:

Picture
This is two of America's favorite things- baseball, and candy. They're gummies, kind of like gummy worms, shaped like baseballs, baseball bats, baseball gloves, and the Pittsburgh Pirate's logo. So if you're a fan of baseball, or gummy candy, you'll definitely be a fan of these. And Pirate's Play will definitely be a homerun with the kids too!

6-Time Breaker:

Picture
This is for the 6 super bowls the Pittsburgh Steelers have won, at first we were going to make rings, but then it occurred to us that nobody really wants to buy 6 lollipop rings. So instead we made a 6 layer jaw-breaker. Saying that we here in Pittsburgh "broke" through a barrier by winning the most super bowls. And with 6 layers, there's 6 flavors; blueberry, cherry, grape, orange, watermelon, and lemon. And not to fear folks, we at Sara's Sugar Shop, are always open to adding more layers.

Steel City Shake:

Picture
The Steel City Shake is one of Sara's Sugar Shop's many milkshakes. It's a chocolate milkshake with Oreo pieces and peanut butter. Believe me, and many loyal customers, this is different than anything you've ever tasted. Different in a good way, no, an incredible way. It'll blow you away, even though we're in Pittsburgh and no Chicago. And since this shake is oh-so-amazing, and we're located in the breath-taking city of Pittsburgh, why not name it after the city. Which is where we got the Steel City Shake.

Heinz Pop:

Picture
Where did Heinz originate? That's right, Pittsburgh. So why not honor one of the greatest creations ever to exist? Why not replicate one of the most well known condiments with a lollipop? We have no reason not to, so yes, we did it and man are we glad we did. The Heinz Pop is a cherry flavored lollipop that is shaped to look like a ketchup bottle. It's white at the top, for the cap, and there are some other colors in there too to make it look legit. Don't worry, there's no actual ketchup involved in the processing of this unique candy.
